A retired Special Forces operator, Rak Jihaad has extensive international security and law enforcement operations experience via projects and missions in South America, Africa and the Middle East. He has also led numerous natural-disaster humanitarian efforts in the Caribbean.
Rak brings over fifteen years experience as Co-Owner and Executive Vice President of Chicago’s third largest construction engineering firm. With responsibility for over 300 high rise projects, public works church rehabilitation projects and 300 residential construction projects, Rak brings significant project management and site security skills to Serviam.
Doug Grane has 25 years of leadership/entrepreneurship experience across a diverse range of industries including: IT staffing (defense and intelligence), angel investing, public relations, government affairs, transportation and non-profit.
A recognized leader with the key strength of strategy development that leads to outstanding business and financial results, Doug excels at creating a winning culture through aligning corporate mission and goals with training/ empowering team members to ultimately serve our strategic customer partnerships.
